We were told about this documentary video about the proliferation of pain clinics that basically prescribe narcotics in South Florida, attracting addicts from many other states. Very powerful and worth watching. This is available on several sites, including YouTube by searching the key words “oxycontin express.”  We previously addressed the regulatory issues contributing to this problem.
