MCN has a special disability unit housed within our National Operations office. From the initial exam scheduling to provider recruiting/orientation to our Report Review team, all affiliated MCN staff are trained on the unique requirements of disability examinations and Peer Reviews with AP contact as well as on the full line of related assessment types.
From among its nationwide panel of providers, MCN works with a subset of providers trained on the unique concerns related to disability claims. After undergoing MCN’s URAC-accredited credentialing process, each provider is briefed on completing peer-to-peer contact and answering questions on return-to-work abilities (functional impairment), work restrictions and limitations, and disability determinations.
