Workers’ Compensation laws vary from state to state, as do the specific state laws governing insurance claims. Understanding regional variations and jurisdictions is one of MCN’s unique strengths. We deliver a full range of Workers’ Compensation Exams and Reviews — including Fitness for Duty Exams and services following federal guidelines, such as longshore-related reviews — in all 50 states and U.S. territories.
With staff on the ground across the country to serve clients, our operational and account management staff are trained on all state-specific exam and review types such as RMEs, Nurse Case Summaries, and Designated Doctor Coordination (Texas) and QMEs/AMEs (California). Individual providers are trained per state protocols and are registered with the state Workers’ Compensation Boards nationwide.
Processes are carefully designed and updated with regular review and input from the regulatory compliance team. As part of our quality initiative, the MCN team is committed to ensuring that each and every report we deliver is actionable and has been completed in full compliance with all applicable jurisdictional and client requirements.
