For more than 30 years, MCN has been an industry leader in disability evaluation and absence management services and related exams and reviews. We serve a variety of clients including long-term and short-term disability carriers, pension funds, and human resources professionals. We house a special disability unit within our National Operations office.
From the initial exam scheduling to provider recruiting/orientation to our Report Review team, all affiliated staff are trained on the unique requirements of disability and absence management services.

From among its nationwide panel of providers, we work with a subset of providers trained on the unique concerns related to disability claims. After undergoing MCN’s URAC-accredited credentialing process, each provider is briefed on completing peer-to-peer contact and answering questions on return-to-work abilities (functional impairment), work restrictions and limitations, and disability determinations.
