In July of 2019 MCN was re-certified by URAC as an IRO in the "Comprehensive Review (Internal & External)" program, scoring 100% compliance for all aspects of the IRO standards. URAC’s accreditation is nationally recognized by state and federal regulators to ensure the highest level of quality is delivered to consumers. URAC accreditation and its programs and standards appear in state legislation, state regulations, and federal regulations. From MCN's office in downtown Seattle, the only physical location for URAC accreditation, the high standards are applied companywide and across multiple insurance lines to ensure all clients benefit from the security, provider, and quality standards and attention to detail recognized by this accreditation.
