April Clinic Calendars Are Available

MCN’s clinic calendars for April 2021 are available for our 20-plus clinic locations, which provide independent medical examinations and peer reviews throughout Washington and Oregon.

To learn more about the calendars and to schedule an IME, reach out to Northwest Scheduling or our Portland, OR office. Due to COVID-19 concerns, we have completed over 100 telehealth IMEs. Please ask us about telehealth IME options to inquire if it better meets the needs of your injured workers. Contact information is listed below.

MCN’s Client Portal Login Page is Changing

MCN’s client portal login page will be experiencing changes.

These changes are set to take place on Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2019 at 11 a.m. PST.

We want to let you know what to expect.

  • The client portal will now be capable of multi-factor authentication (MFA). If you’re interested in enrolling, please reach out to your MCN account representative.
  • You will be redirected to the new login experience. An example is pictured to the right.
  • Please continue to use your existing MCN client portal login information to access the portal

Mitchell MCN’s IRO Team to Host CEU in December

Mitchell MCN’s IRO team is working with one of our many medical reviewers nationwide to offer a continuing education course in December for nurse credits for our clients and associates.

Help us get you the training you need! The course is set to focus on the general topic of genetics. We’ll be reaching out to clients to select unique course materials that resonate with and will be the most useful to attendees.

The course will be accredited to provider nursing credits. Those who are not nurses or who do not need any further credits this year or still very much welcome to attend and learn more. The course will be offered via webinar to keep attendance convenient for all.

Check Out Mitchell MCN’s Upgraded Client Portal!

Mitchell MCN has launched a series of Client Portal enhancements.

Reach out to your Mitchell MCN Account Representative to schedule a demonstration and learn more. You’ll find an updated portal guide when you log into your account.

We’ve carefully designed and programmed the portal after listening to your feedback and working to better understand the client experience, keeping the portal user-friendly while adding in details to streamline processes. Rest assured that you will experience:

  • Same easy access — web address/website links
  • Same customer-friendly philosophy
  • Using the portal to order services, check status, upload records, and download reports

Some areas we have focused on are our Cover Letter Creator, with more client-specific questions for each insurance line and specific product; the ability to customize the Main Information Form per client, based on insurance type, jurisdiction, and product combination; and a new service wizard. The main dashboard has been modified to include additional tabs for easier viewing of the status of each case from order to invoice payment.

Mitchell MCN: One of Tampa’s Coolest Office Spaces

We are pleased to share that our new Southeast Operations Office is featured as one of Tampa’s coolest office spaces in the Tampa Bay Business Journal.  

We moved into the space in April 2019 after realizing we’d outgrow the previous space. After a detailed design and build-out process supported by our facilities team and operations unit, we moved into this bright and sunny location!

We wanted to stay in the same area where we’ve been for a number of years, and so were happy to make just a short move down the street from our former location into this gracious new one. We’re thrilled with the sunny, open space and happy to see that our on-site team seems to be loving the facilities and enjoying their down time to the fullest! Tampa is the home of Mitchell MCN’s Southeast Operations — apparently the sunniest of our regional office locations! — where we serve hundreds of local and national clients through provision of independent medical assessments and related services.
