We offer a range of services, including Independent Medical Examinations (IME) and Independent Review Organization (IRO) services, across various industries such as Workers' Compensation, Automobile, Disability, and Health benefit systems. Our services aim to assist with medical evaluations and reviews to support recovery, return-to-work processes, and overall outcomes. These services are provided through our network of healthcare professionals and clinic-based settings and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this TOU.

User Rights & Responsibilities Your Rights:

·         Receive clear information about Emperion and its services.

·         Opt out, revoke consent, or dis-enroll from services.

·         Be treated with courtesy and respect.

·         File complaints and follow Emperion's complaint resolution process.

·         Have your personal and medical information kept confidential and secure.

Your Responsibilities: 

·         Provide necessary information for services.

·         Inform Emperion if someone revokes consent or dis-enrolls.

·         Complete any required forms for service participation.

Using our Services 

·         You are fully responsible for any material or information you submit to us, including its legality, reliability, originality, and copyright.

·         You cannot post or submit anything illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, indecent, racist, or otherwise inappropriate. This includes anything that could lead to criminal charges, civil liability, or violate any laws.

·         You also cannot post or submit anything that infringes on someone else's rights, invades privacy, or is protected by intellectual property laws. Additionally, you cannot post anything that contains a virus, harmful software, or commercial advertising.

·         Any information you submit is not considered conAidential unless stated in our privacy policy. We may share information if required by law.

·         We reserve the right to edit, refuse to post, or remove anything we Aind objectionable or that violates these Terms of Use.

The information and assessments provided through our services should not be used to make personal medical decisions. We do not assume responsibility for any decisions made based on the results of our services.

The content on the Site, including its text, logos, content, photographs, database software programming, flash animations and programming, video, audio, and graphics (referred to as "Intellectual Property"), comes from us and other sources. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws in the U.S. and other countries. The site and all its parts, like articles and other elements, are also copyrighted.

Modification and Termination

We are always working to improve our services by adding or removing features and functionalities. Sometimes, we may need to suspend or stop a service entirely. While we’ll be sad to see you go, you can stop using our services at any time. Similarly, Emperion may stop providing services to you or introduce new limits to our services at any time.

We believe your data belongs to you, and maintaining access to it is important. If we decide to discontinue a service, we’ll provide you with advance notice when reasonably possible, giving you a chance to retrieve your data before the service is discontinued.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, regardless of any conflicts with other laws. By using the site, you agree to the authority of Pennsylvania courts.

Resolving Disputes

You and Emperion agree that any judicial proceeding will be brought in the federal or state courts with jurisdiction over Wayne, PA. Both you and Emperion consent to venue and personal jurisdiction there.
